This meditation is meant to help you become aware of your body, and any feeling that may exist within it. It is helpful to practice this several times a day. I personally focus on my chest throughout the day, as that is where most of my emotions arise.

Manifestation is just INSANE (Daily Gratitude)

Please never forget your power. There are ALWAYS going to be people who disagree, try to crush your beliefs/dreams/POWER, or just plain think you’re dumb for believing in manifestation.

We all have the power in us, but it’s usually “trained” out of us as we grow. Fuck that!! Don’t let someone who has been crushed, crush YOU. I know people are usually just looking out, they mean well, trying to keep us “grounded,” but they’re the ones who aren’t seeing the truth. And the truth is that we are ALL creators and can manifest any damn thing we WANT!

Today I’m grateful for knowing when to protect my PEACE and my POWER from naysayers. And the ABILITY to protect my P&P. I recognize when someone’s on a different vibe and I go inward and protect myself. No doubts will be planted in my life! Source pours through me! I see it every day!! Don’t spend your time trying to convince others of this gift we ALL have. Just hope for them to discover their own one day.

Nothing can take away your light. Only you can do that with your negative beliefs, thoughts, and emotions from the false self. Parts of who you really are, are waiting to be rediscovered. Fill yourself up through the heart until you overflow with love and remember. Don't settle for what you have been conditioned to believe. You are divine and full of magic, there is nothing you can't do and there is nothing you can't heal with your love. Pick up your pieces of light and rise above the lower nature of the world, and be where you are the creator. There is only one way and that is the energetic way. Everything else is but a dream.

the shadow self is all the parts that have become fragmented from being whole, healing means becoming whole, it’s an illusion that we’re separate, when you incarnate as white light into the physical vessel the white light fragments into the body and self organizes by vibrational frequency, but essentially that fragmentation is a temporary experience until the vessel wakes up consciousness to remember that it is white light again, the shadow self is all the fragmented parts that haven’t remembered they are white light,, so to heal all we have to do it’s super simple, get to the fractalized parts of yourself and walk them back to the light or allow them to see themselves as white light again. our life is a journey of learning unconditional love because unconditional love is that white light and you become white light when you are unconditional love. this gives you the ability of seeing yourself and all things as a part of you, you break the matrix , you’re seeing beyond the veil of separation into the unity that is all, and the fact that you create your reality. the way the mechanisms of this hologram work are that you project into your reality, your dna code stores information of fractalized experiences past and present, projects through the self organized system of the chakras into your everyday life in order to create a “life “ the life is the sequence of experiences in order for you to experience. infinite consciousness learns through you, you and i we’re a spectrum of different experiences. white light holds the spectrum of all vibrational colors learning through all the different colors, green, blue, pink , orange.. it learns and it experiences and through this it expands it’s own range of colors essentially. that’s why we can’t take this life that serious and we also have to understand that it’s very short it’s a very short temporary moment of experience that you’re here to have. many of you have such heavy heavy traumas and hearts so we gotta get that going.. because it doesn’t exist right now, and if you’re going through a hard time right now we have to readjust our perception to remember that this is a temporary experience. but we also need to understand how we got there because we got there because we wanted to get there ok. you wanted to experience that suffering, if you don’t know how you got there you better know because otherwise you’re gonna keep getting there over and over again and that’s the mechanisms of this experience because that’s what it’s for.being fearful of not being accepted by other’s in such a strong way that you hinder your own expression is an example, to change this shadow part of you which is the judgemental part of yourself.. immediately come into self love, self acceptance and remember that your acceptance doesn’t come from the external it comes from the internal, you immediately shift that program and you begin to expand

We must learn to love and heal our bodies and to activate our own inner light and power source. Authority, sovereignty, divinity and power must come from within.

Resisting corrupt outer authority. Trusting in self, in love and in each other. We are conduits of love and source energy. We are conduits of God/dess.

We all have a divine intelligence animating our bodies and can tap into this source and use it in ways we haven't even begun to imagine yet. This evolution is spiraling in all of our DNA, up our spines and out of our aura's into the cosmos in ascension

This destiny is in our DNA, encoded with memories of how far we've already come and where we will go from here.

I was reading some manifestation posts, and I realized a few things that I've learned should probably be spread in the community ...

You cannot manifest outside of your karma. Karma is just unfinished business. If you have things from the past that you are holding onto by resisting them, and they relate to your desires, you must heal from that and learn to release it before you can manifest that thing.

All you "need" to do is ask and have faith. None of this "pretending to be the one that has it." Once you have cleared the karma surrounding your manifestation, you can ask the inner man/god/source/the universe for what you desire, and thoughts and feelings aligned with that desire will come naturally to you, no force required.

All things are possible, but narrowing down your manifestation to one single possibility will likely make it take longer, as the events have to line up for you to get that desire. It's better to manifest general things, like "enough money to not have to work" instead of "$10,000". It's much easier for Source to line up events if your main goal is to be happy and comfortable, instead of fixating on a specific outcome.

Your soul/higher self/inner man/spirit is always running the show behind the scenes, so yes, technically you are always manifesting. Things will always line up to give you the best chance of success, you just have to be willing to work with what Life gives you instead of trying desperately to change it into something it's not.

Be genuinely grateful for what you have, and appreciate the world as it is. Gratitude and love for all that is will 100% help you manifest more things for you to appreciate, even if you aren't trying to manifest at all.

I was weary Abt posting this because I know how desperate some of you are to have control of your life, but I promise that turning away from that and learning to trust Life to have your back makes things infinitely easier.

You as a human cannot control reality, but you as a soul can. Ask your soul for help, give your manifestations and your worries to it, and you will be grateful when you reap the rewards 🥰

I also just want to reiterate that healing is SUPER important to this journey. Almost everyone on the planet has a large amount of unhealed karma, which limits your manifestation potential. Ask your soul to help you heal your karma, and be committed to following its guidance.

Eyes Full of Wonder (Daily Gratitude)

I look at my life through eyes full of wonder, not only for all the beauty I see and experience daily, but for the LOVE, ABUNDANCE, OPPORTUNITIES, and downright ADVENTURE I actively C R E A T E in my life. Yes, me, CREATE. My POWER.

Like, to think there was a time I didn’t know my manifesting power? I didn’t realize (read: believe) I’m constantly connected to Source?? I literally just had to ALLOW that energy and Well-Being to flow??? AND I COULD CREATE MY DESIRED LIFE?????? Yeah, man, it’s seriously that simple.

So today I’m most grateful for: being the powerful, unstoppable Creatress I am…and by extension: my fucking DREAM life.

(I’m sorry but I HAVE TO do a quick shoutout though: Today I’m especially grateful for those bank accounts 👀 Oooh, I remember when this seemed just a mere fantasy, but the day has finally come and the numbers that were once in my head are now staring back at me. It’s like they’re saying “FINALLY, GIRL!!!” Going to happy cry over this okay byeeeeee)
